Job summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. This role will be responsible for coordinating administrative procedures, overseeing office services, and assisting in internal communication and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, productive, and professional work environment.

Job Responsibilities – Office Administrator
• Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Establish work priorities, set performance expectations, and support staff in following company procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee office services, including workspace planning, equipment maintenance, supplies management, parking arrangements, and office lease agreements.
• Review, implement, and improve administrative procedures to enhance office operation efficiency.
• Maintain and manage client records, ensuring compliance with privacy policies.
• Support the preparation of operating budgets, control office expenses, and monitor office costs to ensure financial accountability.
• Collect and analyze data related to client services and prepare regular reports for the leadership to support internal decision-making.
• Coordinate with student services, marketing, and consulting teams to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
• Supervise and support office staff, assigning tasks to maintain administrative efficiency and quality.
• Arrange onboarding for new employees, providing orientation and training on office policies and tools.

Employment requirements:
• College diploma preferred in business, marketing, public relations, or related areas
• One-year related work experience
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in English
• Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
