Skill Requirements:
Education: Secondary School
Experience: Will Train. Previous experience will be an asset.

Specific Skills:
• Address the visitors, diagnose the nature of the business, assist and guide them and/or direct them to the concerned person.
• Assemble, key in, manage and proof read applications.
• Create and maintain an effective filling system for all administrative and financial documents. Set up and maintain manual & computerized information filling systems.
• Coordinate with clients, gather the information required for the application, address their queries and concerns and keep them updated on the file status.
• Respond to calls and electronic inquiries and forward messages to concerned person.
• Oversee planning, organizing and managing of the various activities done within and outside the office.
• Maintain the effective operation and upkeep the office equipment, including photocopier, fax machine, Printers, computers and telephones.
• Serve as the receiver of important mail, documents and ordered items delivered to the organization’s address.
• Coordinate computer requirements with a computer professional.
• Implement a system to ensure that admin supplies are well stocked.
Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Continuous learning.
Knowledge of Equipment: Fax, Photocopier, Computer, Printer, Scanner
Knowledge of Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF & Adobe
