Salary: $37.00 per hour for 40 hours/week

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Completion of secondary school is usually required
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Manual dexterity.
Personal Suitability: Reliability, Flexibility and Team player.
Work Location: Various Locations.
Specific Skills:
Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements
Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware
Lay out flooring, roofing or window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated
Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance
